The Trustpilot Review API provides structured and reliable access to real reviews that users leave on Trustpilot about different companies. Through this interface, users can obtain detailed information from reviews associated with a specific domain, facilitating the integration of trusted data into applications, dashboards, analytics systems, or websites.
Each review returned includes multiple attributes that help understand the consumer experience. These include the star rating (review_rating), the review title (review_title), the full text (review_text), the language, the publication date, the location, the number of likes received, and a unique identifier for traceability. In addition, the API exposes relevant information about the author, such as their name or alias, country of origin, total number of reviews they have published on Trustpilot, and how many correspond to the same company.
In short, the Trustpilot Reviews API centralizes access to authentic, verified, and up-to-date reviews, offering a valuable resource for any project that requires reliable information about consumer satisfaction and experiences across various industries and global markets.
Get verified reviews by domain, including rating, text, title, language, date, author, and additional user data.

The Trustpilot Review API returns verified reviews associated with a specific domain. Each review includes attributes such as star rating, review title, full text, language, publication date, author information, and user engagement metrics like likes.
Key fields in the response data include review_rating (star rating), review_title (title of the review), review_text (full review content), author name, publication date, location, and the number of likes received.
The response data is structured in a JSON format, with each review represented as an object containing various attributes. This allows for easy parsing and integration into applications or dashboards.
The endpoint provides detailed information about consumer experiences, including review ratings, titles, texts, author details, publication dates, and engagement metrics, all tied to a specific company domain.
Users can customize their requests by specifying parameters such as the domain for which they want reviews, the number of reviews to return, and filters for specific languages or publication dates.
The data is sourced directly from Trustpilot, ensuring that the reviews are authentic and verified. Trustpilot employs quality checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the information provided.
Typical use cases include enhancing customer insights, integrating reviews into websites or applications, conducting sentiment analysis, and improving brand transparency by showcasing authentic customer feedback.
If the API returns partial or empty results, users should check their request parameters for accuracy. Implementing error handling in the application can help manage these scenarios gracefully, such as displaying a message or default content when no reviews are found.
