Technologies We Use: PHP, jQuesry, Bootstrap, .Net, NodeJS, MySQL and, AWS Responsibilities: • Design and develop highly scalable software products with extensive code coverage • Ensure the engineering processes, from conception through to deployment, delivers high quality architecture and user experience • Provide mentoring, guidance and technical leadership for the development team • Develop and apply best practices for secure coding and TDD/BDD • Research new technologies, tools and develop proof of concepts What We Look For: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and upt to 1 year of experience; or 16 years’ experience in a related field. • 4+ years of experience working as a developer on a software engineer team • Working experience in full-stack development with PHP, jQuery, and Bootstrap, and relational databases, preferably MySQL or Postgres • Additional experience in another tech stack such as Java, .Net or NodeJS • Experience developing on AWS, preferably using infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform • Works under broad direction, often self-initiated, and is fully responsible for meeting allocated objectives. • Working experience realizing applications from conception and design to implementation and support • Plans, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets.
